After being Greenlit in early August alongside many other games, The Dead Linger is finally making its way to Steam. On September 27th, it will be made available through Steam via Early Access as the game is still in Alpha stages. Along with its discounted price before the official launch some time in 2014, this will introduce the game’s 010 build which makes a major change; the game has been ported over to the Unity 3D engine.
For anyone that has purchased the game already, a Steam key will be emailed to your Sandswept account’s linked email between now and September 27th. With Sandswept Studios having problems mass emailing everyone that has purchased the game, you can now immediately claim your Steam key(s) by logging into the site and following these simple directions. This game’s inclusion on Steam will welcome many new features in the future such as the Steam Workshop, achievements, Steam trading cards, and much more. This zombie apocalypse sandbox game is shaping to be an amazing one. Expect a preview here on Indie Adventure soon.
